We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and issue refunds under the conditions below.

 

1. Return Window
  - You can return most items within **7 days** from the date of delivery.
   - Custom-made, personalized, or perishable items are **non-returnable** (clearly mentioned on the product page).

 

2. Conditions for Return
   Your item must be:  
  - Unused and in the same condition as received  
  - In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories  
  - With original invoice/order number

 

3. Eligible Reasons for Return
    - Wrong product received  
   - Damaged or defective product  
   - Product does not match the description or images on the website  
   - Size/color issue (only if we offer multiple options)

 

Note: “Change of mind” returns are accepted only if the above conditions are fully met.

 

4. How to Request a Return
    1. Email us at "vijayenterprise1205@gmail.com" within 7 days of delivery with:  

        – Your Order Number  
      – Reason for return  
      – Clear photos/videos of the product & packaging (mandatory)
   2. We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and courier details.
   3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address we provide.

 

5. Return Shipping Cost
   - If the return is due to **our mistake** (wrong/damaged/defective item) → We pay return shipping.  
   - If the return is due to **customer preference** (change of mind, size issue, etc.) → You pay return shipping.

 

6. Refund Timeline
   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within **3–5 business days**.
  - Refund will be issued to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, wallet).
   - Shipping charges are **non-refundable** (except when the return is our fault).

 

7. Non-Returnable Items
   - Innerwear, lingerie, socks, earrings (for hygiene reasons)  
   - Customized or personalized products  
   - Sale/clearance items (marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”)  
   - Gift cards

 

8. Exchange
 We currently do not offer direct exchange. You may return the item and place a new order for the correct size/color.
