   - We currently ship to all states and union territories within **India**.
   - International shipping is currently **not available** (we will notify customers when it is launched).

   - All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
   - Pre-order or made-to-order items may take longer (exact timeline will be mentioned on the product page).

 

3. Shipping Partners
 We use reputed courier partners such as:

   - Blue Dart  
   - India Post (Speed Post / Registered Parcel)  
  - Ecom Express  
   - Others as required

 

4. Shipping Charges
   - Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery PIN code.
    - Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹[amount you decide, e.g., 999] (if applicable – clearly mentioned on website banners and checkout).

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
   - If your order is not delivered within **15 business days** of the shipping date, please contact us at support@vijayenterprise.site
 - In case of lost shipments (confirmed by courier), we will either refund you fully or reship the order at no extra cost.

 

8. Address Accuracy
   - Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
   - We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
   - Any re-shipping charges due to wrong address will be borne by the customer.

 

 9. Non-Serviceable PIN Codes
- If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will inform you immediately after placing the order and issue a full refund.

 

10. Risk of Loss
  - All items are fully insured until they are delivered and handed over to you.
  - Risk passes to you once the package is delivered to the provided address or collected from the courier office.
